Once I give a registered user "Author" status and he/she proceeds to write the article, can I have the section and/or category permanently set to where I want it to go.

Also, can I permanently set, "Show on front page" to NO, Access Level to Public.

Lastly, how do I make sure that the authors can't change the font, font size etc. Is it possible for me to permanently set the page break at for example 100 words?

How can I do all of this?
