Is there a technique to use to link from SOBI2 to a specific Kunena forum (for a specific user group), that will not break if SEF is turned on or off?

It doesn't appear to be possible to create links without pasting in the specific URL, which will vary depending upon the use of SEF URLs.

I've ultimately got more than 50 forums, so it would be great to link to a specific one rather than just to the Kunena component.
