Is it possible to have a Joomla site that is a hub for a town athletic association and each team/coach can have their own page?

I would want to give them all a page, limit their access to the rest of the site, but also allow them to do alot with the page ... post calender for game schedule, graphics, pictures, almost whatever they want, but not touch the rest of the site or other pages.
