To help explain what I ultimately want - here's a diagram

Each block being a "page"

Example - from the home page on the menu/link boxes - someone chooses for example "Immigration - general information" - there they can read general information in regards to immigrating to Canada

In the menu/link box - they could choose "Family Class" and go to a page with general information regarding family class immigration to Canada

in a link to Spousal - they'd see information regarding spousal sponsorship

I know they aren't called "pages" in Joomla - but I don't understand (still) the hierarchy between sections, categories, and articles
