I am using Alpha content component to display a weblink directory.

The "top-rated" module on the right column of the page is supposed to display the links that have received the most votes, but it is currently just displaying random links.

I have been trying for over a month to get some support from the developer, but they are not very responsive.

Does anyone have any idea on what could be causing the problem? I have sent them screen shots of my menu settings, etc., so I do not think it is a configuration issue.
