I was on a Facebook marketing call and one of the callers mentioned that it's possible to install a plug in that sends your website "blog" content straight to a Facebook Fan Page (via the notes section).

I've looked all over Joomla Extensions and can't find anything and so I thought I'd just check if you've ever heard of such a thing.
