I Have tried everything & have read many forums & still no luck. I transferred a site & I am getting this error message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare JConfig::$offline in /home/content/*****/html/randymars/configuration.php on line 43

I have checked the config.php file & just don't see what the problem is

Can some1 pls pls pls help me.......I've been dealing with this issue (trying to get site to show) all day
