I've copied a few menus and made edits and now I am finding that I have several extra menus and menu items listed in the Menu Selection box in Menu Assignment for my modules.

I suspect this might be part of what is causing the issues I am having trying to display said menus on specific sections of the site (that happen to correspond to these pages in the Menu Selection).

Is there a process I can go through to regenerate or re-sync the list to my actual menus and menu items?
