Many servers have a maximum upload of 2 MB.
You may need to ask your hosting company to raise this limit.

AllVideos is only available for Joomla 1.5. You can try a 1.6/1.7 native video player instead:
extensions.joomla.org/.../...
Also, I'd highly recommend that you upgrade your Joomla version to 1.7 (and update all extensions before that), ASAP. Here's an easy tutorial on how to upgrade:
