In this class you'll learn how to master fields, Views and Panels to create sophisticated Drupal sites.
This class follows immediately on from the beginner class and takes your Drupal skills to a higher level.
In the first three parts of the Drupal 7 Intermediate class, you'll build a movie website. First you'll learn how to add multiple types of information using fields:
Then you'll tackle Views, which is the most important module in Drupal. It will allow to display the information you've entered in useful and highly customized ways:
In the third part of the class, you'll learn how to layout your information using the Panels module:
In the final part of the class, you'll practice everything that you've learned about Drupal so far and recreate the most famous Drupal website in the world: WhiteHouse.gov.
