We are going to continue teaching Joomla 2.5 in our live classes until next year. We're also going to keep on producing online classes for Joomla 2.5. In the next few months, we will add classes on Joomla 3 of course. However, we'll really increase our output next year, after Joomla 3.5 is released and becomes the recommended version. Of course only the future will tell, but I think that's a very reliable prediction.
We didn't include 1.0 either. All of those versions are dead and aren't relevant to anyone wondering about Joomla versions today.
