How do I start with the zen theme?

I just downloaded and zen theme module and am just about ready to start working with the CSS.

One basic question though...when I downloaded zen theme there are a lot of different CSS files to choose from.

Which one do I start with to start modifying the look of my site?

Simple question probably but this is just stumping me!
